Login SMS text	Specify the standard SMS text when someone logs in to the User Portal. This setting can be enabled at Security settings
Download SMS text	Specify the standard SMS text to be used in the SMS when downloading files.

When you click on one of the text fields you get an editor window where it is possible to change the text.
