|Email domains||Enter all email domains used within the company (Example: if your company email address is email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org you should fill this field with: company.com examplecompany.com)
People who will use the FileCap portal can only send files to mail addresses within these domains.
NOTE: The setting “Local networks” may override this setting.
|Local networks||Enter the local networks that are allowed to send files to any recipient domain. (Example: 192.168.1.0/255.255.255.0)
NOTE: This overrides the “Email domains” setting for the configured network. This means that anyone on these networks can send from and to any domain.
|Max. number of downloads||Enter the maximum number of times the uploaded file can be downloaded. When user editable is enabled, the user can specify the maximum number of downloads (Up to the maximum number of downloads specified in the admin-panel).|
|Max. days to store files||Enter the maximum number of days the uploaded file will be available before it gets deleted. When user editable is enabled, the user can specify the number of days before deletion (Up to the maximum number of day specified in the admin-panel).|
|Days after invite expires||Enter the number of days a invite will be valid. When set to 0 a invite will never expire. (Default: 30)|
|Send upload notification to sender||When this is set to “On” the sender will receive a notification that the upload was successful when using the FileCap Portal.
From FileCap server version 4.1.0 and higher the upload notification will also contain a link which makes it possible for the sender to block the transfer.
|Send download notifications to sender||When this is set to “On” the sender will receive a notification that the files are downloaded|
