Sending files

When the FileCap Windows Plugin is started you can send files by right-clicking on the FileCap icon in the taskbar and select “Send with FileCap”.

Then you will see a new screen showing the following:

Select file(s) to send	With the “Select File” button you can browse your computer and select one or multiple files to send with FileCap. The selected filenames are showed in the “Select file(s) to send” box.
Receiver email	Enter the email address from person you would like to send the files to. Note: In the current version, it is not possible to enter multiple email addresses.
Enter your email here (in this example: user@filecap.nl)	If you are logged in to a domain PC your main email address will be automatically showed here. If the field is empty you can enter your own email address here.
Enter a password + repeat password	(Optional) Enter a password for the file transfer, this password is needed to download the files from the FileCap server.

Sending invites

When the FileCap Windows Plugin is started you can send invites by right-clicking on the FileCap icon in the taskbar and select “Invite”.

Then you see a new screen showing the following:

Receiver email (the empty field in the screenshot above)	Enter the email address from person you would like to send the invite to. Note: In the current version it is not possible to enter multiple email addresses.
Enter your email here	If you are logged in to a domain PC your main email address will be automatically showed here. If the field is empty you can enter your own email address here.
