This menu option is only available to MSP admins and makes it possible to create users per portal.

Username	Enter a unique username
Password	Enter a password for this user
User type	Select User type: MSP Admin; To create a user which may access the MSP Admin portal Normal User; To create a normal MSP user which can only access their own portal.
Portal Name	Select the portal which the user should get access to
